1. 接受服務條款

下載、安裝或使用 ExpiryRP 應用程式（以下簡稱「本 App」），即表示您已閱讀並同意接受本服務條款（包括隱私政策）的所有約束。如果您不同意本條款，請立即停止使用本 App 並將其解除安裝。

2. 帳戶與登入安全

本 App 需要透過 Google 或 Apple 帳號進行登入以同步資料。您必須妥善保管您的登入憑證與帳號安全，並對您帳號下進行的所有操作與資料（包含任何建立的物品或群組）負擔完全責任。

3. 訂閱與付款服務

本 App 提供付費訂閱服務（ExpiryRP Pro 升級）以解鎖高級功能。

• 訂閱方案與價格：月度訂閱（每月 US$1.99）、年度訂閱（每年 US$11.99）以及終身買斷版（單次付款 US$39.99）。實際價格可能因您所在地區的 App Store 匯率與稅率調整而有所變動。
• 14 天免費試用說明：首次啟用享有 14 天免費試用期。試用期結束後若未付費訂閱，將會自動降回限制較少的免費版，不進行任何自動扣款。
• 自動續訂與取消：本訂閱為自動續訂（月/年度方案）。您隨時可以透過 iOS 的「設定」➔「您的 Apple ID」➔「訂閱項目」中管理或取消訂閱。取消訂閱後，系統將會在當期結束後自動降回免費版。您必須在當期訂閱結束前至少 24 小時前取消，否則系統會自動續訂並扣款。
• 退款政策：所有的交易與付款均由 Apple App Store 處理與管理。若需申請退款，請依 Apple 官方政策處理，我們無法直接為您辦理退款。

4. 使用規範與禁止行為

您同意僅將本 App 用於個人的物品與到期日管理，並遵守以下規定：

• 不得進行任何可能干擾、損害或惡意超載伺服器或網路系統的行為（如暴力破解、API 濫用）。
• 不得干擾其他使用者的正常使用，包括惡意干擾家庭群組共享功能。
• 不得利用本 App 進行任何違反所在國家法律或法規的行為。

5. 智慧財產權

本 App 的所有軟體程式碼、介面設計、視覺外觀、商標及相關文件，智慧財產權與專利權均屬 Min（開發者）所有。未經書面許可，您不得進行複製、修改、散佈，或對軟體進行反向工程、解譯或反向組譯。

6. 服務暫停與帳號刪除

若您違反本條款，我們保留在不事先通知的情況下，隨時終止或限制您使用本 App，或直接清除您雲端備份資料之權利。您亦可隨時在 App 內『設定』頁面刪除帳號，這將立即永久清除您的所有雲端備份物品資料。

7. 免責聲明與責任限制（重要）

本 App 是按「現狀（As Is）」且「現有（As Available）」的基礎上提供，不提供任何形式的明示或暗示保證。

雖然我們致力於維護資料同步與提醒功能的穩定，但我們不保證提醒通知 100% 絕不漏送、資料絕對不會因技術問題或雲端異常而遺失。您須自行承擔使用本 App 的風險。我們不對因提醒未送出、資料遺失、商品條碼資訊錯誤，或因食用過期物品而產生的任何直接、間接、附帶或衍生性損失承擔任何賠償責任。

8. 條款修訂

我們保留隨時修改或更換本服務條款的權利。任何變更都會在本頁面上公布，並更新最上方的「最後更新日期」。如果您在條款變更後繼續使用本 App，即代表您同意接受修訂後的條款。

9. 準據法與管轄法院

本服務條款的解釋、效力及履行均以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法。因本條款或使用本 App 所引起之任何爭議或訴訟，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ExpiryRP App (referred to as "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the App and uninstall it immediately.

2. Account & Login Security

The App requires Google or Apple sign-in for cloud syncing. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities and data (including items and groups created) under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers paid subscription services (ExpiryRP Pro upgrade) to unlock premium features.

• Subscription Plans & Pricing: Monthly Subscription (US$1.99/month), Yearly Subscription (US$11.99/year), and Lifetime Purchase (one-time payment of US$39.99). Prices may vary depending on local App Store currency exchange rates and taxes.
• 14-Day Free Trial: First-time users enjoy a 14-day free trial. After the trial ends, if you do not choose to subscribe, the App will automatically downgrade to the free version without automatic billing. If you cancel your subscription, your account will also downgrade to the free version at the end of the term.
• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew (monthly/yearly plans). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings ➔ [Your Apple ID] ➔ Subscriptions. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to prevent auto-billing.
• Refund Policy: All transactions and payments are handled and managed by Apple App Store. To request a refund, please follow Apple's refund policy and contact Apple Support directly. We cannot issue refunds on our own.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the App solely for personal item and expiry management and agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or maliciously overloads our servers or network systems.
• Disrupt other users' normal use of the App, including abusing or spamming household sharing features.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes violating local laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, interface designs, visual layouts, trademarks, and associated documentation of the App are the intellectual property of Min (the Developer). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Termination & Data Deletion

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App and delete your cloud backup data at any time without prior notice if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App's "Settings" page, which will immediately and permanently erase all your cloud data.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability (Important)

The App is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

While we strive to maintain the reliability of data syncing and reminder notifications, we do not guarantee notifications will never fail or data will never be lost. You use the App at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from notification failures, data loss, barcode info errors, or the consumption of expired items.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court in the first instance.

1. 利用規約への同意

ExpiryRP（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、利用者は本利用規約（プライバシーポリシーを含む）のすべての条項に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、直ちに本アプリの使用を中止し、アンインストールしてください。

2. アカウントとログインの安全性

本アプリはデータの同期のため、Google または Apple アカウントを用いたログインが必要です。利用者は自身のログイン情報およびアカウントの安全性を管理する全責任を負い、自身のアカウントで行われたすべての操作およびデータ（登録アイテムやグループなど）に対して全責任を負うものとします。

3. 定期購読（サブスクリプション）と支払い

本アプリは、プレミアム機能を解放するための有料サービス（ExpiryRP Pro へのアップグレード）を提供しています。

• プランと料金：月間プラン（月額 US$1.99）、年間プラン（年額 US$11.99）、および買い切り型ライフタイムプラン（一回払い US$39.99）。実際の料金は、お住まいの地域の App Store の為替レートや税率によって変動する場合があります。
• 14日間の無料トライアル：初回登録または有効化時に14日間の無料トライアルが適用されます。無料期間終了後、有料プランに登録しない場合は自動的に無料版に移行し、自動的な請求は発生しません。定期購読を解約した場合も自動的に無料版へ移行します。
• 自動更新と解約方法：サブスクリプションは自動更新されます（月間・年間プラン）。解約はいつでも iOS の「設定」➔「Apple ID」➔「サブスクリプション」から管理・解約が可能です。自動請求を防ぐには、現在の期間が終了する少なくとも24時間前までに解約手続きを行う必要があります。
• 返金ポリシー：すべての決済および取引は Apple App Store を通じて管理されます。返金を希望される場合は、Apple の返金ポリシーに従い、直接 Apple サポートから申請を行ってください。開発者が直接返金手続きを行うことはできません。

4. 使用許諾と禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリを個人のアイテムおよび消費期限の管理目的でのみ使用することに同意し、以下の行為を行わないことに同意します：

• サーバーまたはネットワークシステムを妨害、破損、または悪意をもって過負荷にする行為（ブルートフォース攻撃やAPIの悪用など）。
• 他の利用者の正常な使用を妨げる行為（共有グループ機能の悪意ある妨害など）。
• 現地の法令または規則に違反する目的で本アプリを使用する行為。

5. 知的財産権

本アプリのすべてのソースコード、画面デザイン、ビジュアルレイアウト、商標、および関連するドキュメントの知的財産権および特許権は、開発者である Min に帰属します。書面による事前の許可なく、複製、改変、配布、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングを行うことは禁じられています。

6. サービスの停止とデータの削除

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なしに、いつでも本アプリへのアクセスを終了または制限し、クラウド上のデータを直接削除する権利を留保します。また、利用者はアプリの「設定」画面からいつでもアカウントを削除でき、これによりクラウド上のすべてのバックアップデータが即時かつ永久に削除されます。

7. 免責事項と責任の制限（重要）

本アプリは「現状有姿（As Is）」かつ「提供可能な限度（As Available）」で提供され、明示的か黙示的かを問わず、いかなる種類の保証も行いません。

データの同期および通知機能の信頼性向上に努めますが、通知が100%確実に配信されることや、クラウド上の不具合によるデータ消失が絶対に発生しないことを保証するものではありません。利用者は自身の責任で本アプリを使用するものとします。通知の遅延、データの消失、バーコード情報の誤り、または期限切れアイテムの消費によって生じたいかなる直接的、間接的、付随的、または結果的な損害について、当社は一切の賠償責任を負いません。

8. 利用規約の変更

当社は本利用規約をいつでも変更または差し替える権利を留保します。変更は本ページに掲載され、上部の「最終更新日」が更新されます。変更後に本アプリを継続して使用することにより、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

9. 準拠法および管轄裁判所

本利用規約の解釈、効力、および履行については、中華民国（台湾）の法律に準拠するものとします。本規約または本アプリの使用に関して生じた一切の紛争については、台湾台北地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
